Debate in HongKong, organised by Vis East International Commercial Arbitration

Ms. Shweta Bharti, Managing Partner, Hammurabi & Solomon Partner, was in HongKong, participating in a debate organised by Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot at MAA XIX Annual Generations in Arbitration Conference. She spoke for the motion that "Multi-Tiered Dispute Resolution Clauses are a waste of time and money".
