  • Corporate Debt: We offer support on structuring of debt

    • Acting for 32 domestic lenders in the corporate debt restructuring of a leading stainless steel producer company, involving the restructuring of debt of approximately INR 8800 crores under the CDR mechanism.

    • Advising several foreign companies and funds on various proposed investments through debt and equity structures and on the management of existing investments, as well as on remedies under the IBC against corporate debtors, guarantors and third-party security providers.

    • Advising a leading stainless steel producer company in relation to their working capital loan of INR 150 crores from a leading private bank.

    • Acting for a leading business conglomerate as the Indian legal counsel in relation to a USD 147.50 million loan by the International Finance Corporation.

  • Financing Transactions: We offer end-to-end support on all sorts of financing transactions. We have an experience in drafting of various financing documents including but not limited to loan agreement, restructuring agreement, refinancing agreement, bridge-funding agreement, escrow agreement, trust and retention account agreement, inter-se agreement, lenders agent agreement, security trustee agreement, security documents including but not limited to hypothecation, mortgage, personal guarantee, corporate guarantee, share pledge agreement, non-disposal undertaking etc. for sole lending transactions as well as consortium transactions.

    • Acting for a leading cross-border firm as Indian counsel in relation to a high-yield bond issuance for USD 300 million in international capital markets.

    • Acting as transaction counsel in the issuance of secured listed NCDs for INR 350 crore on a private placement basis by a leading pharmaceutical and life sciences company.

    • Acting for a leading stainless steel producer company in relation to their working capital consortium arrangement for an amount of approximately INR 3800 crores.

  • RERA Compliance: We have developed unique expertise in providing legal assistance and advisory services in compliance with the terms of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 enacted for regulation and promotion of the real estate sector.​
