At the India Arbitration Week

Our team participated at the India Arbitration Week organised by Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Arbitration Day followed by Delhi Arbitration Weekend 2025 (DAW). 

DAW this year was bigger and better and had huge number of ADR practitioners both globally as well as from India and it also establishes India' growing relevance in the ADR.

The whole week was spent in talking about ADR and Arbitration in particular and how we can leverage India's position in making it a favourable Arbitration Destination. The dialogues exchanged with the Speakers and the Participants were both enriching and encouraging and it seemed there's a lot done and there's a lot to be done in order to achieve, what we have set our minds to!!
