At Fourth IBA India Litigation and ADR Symposium, as part of the ‘Host Committee’

Our firm was a part of the ‘Host Committee’ for the ‘Fourth IBA India Litigation and ADR Symposium’ held on December 5-6, 2025. 

The inaugural session focused on the rule of law and the justice delivery system in India, and how it provides a competitive edge over other developing economies. The discussions offered valuable insights from some of the most distinguished legal minds — Justice Manmohan, Mr. R. Venkatramani, Justice Philip Jeyaretnam, Lord Peter Goldsmith KC, and Dr Rajiv Mani.

It was particularly enriching to hear Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manmohan, Supreme Court of India, highlight how the seminal judgment in Kesavananda Bharati has shaped global discourse on the rule of law by crystallising the basic structure doctrine.
