After graduating in Law from the prestigious National Law School, Manoj has witnessed and led the trasformation of Corporate Legal Practice over the past decade.

Manoj is an Harvard Business School Alumni hving done the BGEI Programme of Harvard Business School.

As founder Partner of Hammurabi & Solomon (and before), Manoj is well known for his immense expertise in providing cutting edge solutions to often complex regulatory or legal issues faced by valued clients.

Manoj is a member associated with and/ or various committees of various global orgnaizations including International Bar Association, International Indian Bar Association, Bar Association of India, Delhi Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, National Highway Builder, Society for Amity among Youth (SAY), A-SEVI an NGO comprising leading academicians.

Manoj has also been involved very closely with the leagal developments concerning/affecting outdoor advertising in India and has been working very closely with various members of the Indian Outdoor Advertising Association (IOAA).

Shweta has a vast experience dealinhg with various real-estate transactions and has been actively involved in all areas of the transactions.

Shweta has ably handled various assignments on behalf of the Firm including strategizing and implementing various litigation actions on behalf of allotees, buyers and transferees of properties from developers of residential and commercial premises as well as conducting title due diligence, title verification and land use issues for Clients. Shweta has represented clients in all facets of the acquisition, financing, leasing, maintenance and sale of real estate. Shweta along with other members of the Firm has been advising buyers, sellers, and financial institutions in the real estate purchase and sale process and has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and resolving easements, restrictive covenants, and boundary disputes.
