Billing Practice

The basis of charging is based on several elements as follows:

• a time-rated basis; and/or
• base-retainership coupled with an element of additional fees for any additional work on the above-basis;

The Firm does not expect to charge clients for learning cost in any field, where the necessary skill lies within the ordinary range of our work. Where the firm works with clients on projects in novel areas, it can agree on a basis of sharing such costs. All in all, the basis of charge is designed to ensure that the fees represent value and maintain the principles of good practice.
