Mr. Malhotra is the Former Secretary at Ministry of Law & Justice Government of India. With extensive experience of more than 3 decades he has been the Chairman, Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act; Judicial Member, Income-tax Appellate Tribunal; Legal Adviser to the Government of Guyana, South America (on foreign assignment); Member, COFEPOSA Preventive Detention Advisory Commitiee; Legal Adviser for the Ministry of Finance, Commerce, Communication & Information Technology, Railways, Labour, Personnel & Training and Cabinet Secretariat. Mr. Malhotra has represented the Ministry of Law & Justice before WTO Dispute Resolution Tribunal at Geneva in a dispute between India & EU. He has been instrumental in Participating in the discussion pertaining to Bilateral Investment Protection Agreements with USA, Australia, Oman, China Hong Kong and other countries. Mr. Malhotra had negotiated the mutual Legal Assistance Treaty in Criminal matters with Philippines. He has also advised on DTA Agreements negotiated with other countries and headed the Indian Delegation to Vienna at Working Group meetings of UNICITRAL.



Mr. R. K. Pandey, M.Com., LLB, FCS, PGDBA, has over 45 years of Industrial experience in the field of Accountancy, Finance, Secretarial, Legal, Capital Market. He has served as Company Secretary & Financial Advisor for 7 years with U.P. Bridge Corporation Ltd. He has served Delhi Stock Exchange Limited for 16 years as Executive Director. He has extensively worked on issues across the globe including USA, UK, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Brazil, Hongkong, Singapore, China, Australia, Vienna, Italy to attend conferences & Seminars. He has been engaged in Corporate Advisory Services in Legal, Financial and Capital Market besides being Director on the Board of various companies.



Mr. Kapoor has three decades of corporate experience, began his career with Jay Engineering Works Ltd in 1983, and later worked with Xerox India, PVR Ltd, Indus Towers, Bharti Airtel and Micromax. With an illustrious career spanning over 32 years,17 of which have been in the telecommunications, Mr. kapoor is an established global leader in Telecom and allied industry. Mr. Kapoor holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (the UK), and is also a graduate of The Wharton Advanced Management Programme. Presently, Mr. Kapoor is an active member on the board of India's leading companies like Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd, PVR and VLCC etc. Mr. Kapoor is also a Senior Advisor with Boston Consulting Group. He was declared the “Telecom person of the year” by Voice and Data in 2012.



Mr. Shiva Kant Jha was enrolled as an advocate in 1977 and joined the Bar of the Supreme Court of India in 1998. As a lawyer he has conducted many important cases including the celebrated PIL challenging the misuse of the Indo-Mauritius Double Taxation Avoidance Convention which he argued before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. He initially became a lecturer in Bihar University and soon was appointed a permanent post-graduate lecturer in the Magadh University where he worked till 1964 when he joined the Indian Revenue Service which he served in various capacities retiring in 1998 from the post of the Chief Commissioner of Income-tax.



Mr. S. Ramaswamy is a Certified Corporate Director, result oriented business enabler with over 30 years of professional experience and effectiveness in dealing with Board & Senior Management Business Strategy & Advisory, legal, Intellectual Property, corporate governance, compliance, Internal Audit and secretarial domain amongst others. He has been associated with some of the most respected MNC’s and Fortune 500 Companies & Indian Conglomerate in various capacities such as EVP- Group G. C, Escorts Ltd; AVP Legal, CS & Internal Auditor, Honda Siel Cars India Ltd.; V. P, G. C and CS of JCB India Limited. He is the chairman of the General Counsel Section of Indian National Bar Association, Member of Institute of Directors, and Vice President – North of India International ADR Association



Ashok is a Harvard Business School Master of Public Administration and is an Indian Revenue Services (IRS) from 1976 batch and an Indian Administrative Services (IAS) from the 1977 batch of all India Services of the Government of India. Ashok is a Edward S. Mason Fellowship Scholar (Awarded by the United Nations). Ashok was awarded the most outstanding Civil Servant of the year 2008 and the best Red Cross Worker Gold Medal for the year 1988. Ashok has deep insight into the functioning of various departments and public sector undertakings of the Government and has an excellent understanding of regulatory challenges facing business agendas of our various clients. Ashok has a vast experience on practice of law concerning regulatory issues & government relations.
